Delivery
We use both Royal Mail and a reputable courier company for all our deliveries.
When selecting our Courier Service, your order will need to be signed for upon arrival.
You will only pay delivery once even if you order more than one item!
We can deliver throughout Mainland UK to hospital or home.
Standard Delivery
This service is for UK Mainland. Delivery is available Monday - Friday and our Standard charge is
£4.95.
Your parcel will be sent via Royal Mail on there standard parcel service (3-5 working days).
Pamper Cake will have proof of postage. We will inform you if any items are out of stock.
Personalised products will be sent separately as soon as they
are ready (please check product details for more specific
information).
Courier Delivery
This service is for UK Mainland and delivery is available Monday - Friday. Our Courier charge is
£7.95 (2-3 day delivery). You will recieve courier
tracking reference and your parcel will need to be signed for on delivery.
Personalised products will be sent separately as soon as they
are ready (please check product details for more specific
information).
Express Delivery
Our Next Day Delivery Service charge is £9.95. Simply order
online or by telephone before 12am, Monday to Thursday for
guaranteed next day delivery. Please note
any orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be
processed the following Monday.
Airmail (including Scottish islands &
Southern Ireland)
We can deliver smaller gifts including one tier cakes outside of
the UK Mainland, your delivery charge will be confirmed on
confirmation of order. Please telephone or email us for further
