Prices
Prices are correct at time of
publishing and do not include VAT, as we are currently not
required to be VAT registered.
It may be necessary to change prices either up or down, from
time to time. Any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time
of ordering.
Delivery charges for our products are listed as an additional
charge at time of checkout.
Representation of products
While every effort has been made to portray items
accurately, slight variations may occur.
Reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and
publishing processes will allow.
Please note there may be variations in colours dependant
on the calibration and settings of individual screens.
Please note the designs of the baby wear may change slightly
from time to time, dependent on our suppliers - this will not
affect the quality or quantity of items on your gift product.
All pamper cakes are delivered with cellophane
wrap, bows, ribbon and message gift card.

copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than
for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited

You may copy, print or download extracts of the material on this
website for the sole purpose of placing an order with My Pamper
Cake.
Safety regulations
All products comply with appropriate safety and consumer
regulations. Toys comply with EC Toy Safety Regulations and,
where appropriate, carry the CE mark. Please note soft toys on
baby gifts are suitable from birth upwards, unless specified.
Availability
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if goods you have
ordered are not available.
Cancellation
You are entitled to cancel your contract if you wish
providing you act within 7 working days of receipt of the
goods. If you wish to exercise this right prior to despatch of
goods please email
enquiries@pampercake.co.uk If your order has already been
despatched please follow our returns information. Please note
your right to return products does not apply on personalised
items, those made to your specifications.
Returns
We aim for 100% satisfaction! If however, you are unhappy with a
product for any reason, please return your item within 7 days of
receipt for a refund. We regret that postage, packing and
insurance incurred in the delivery of the goods to you are
direct costs and cannot be refunded. Return an item within 30 days in perfect condition
together with original packaging and we will be happy to
refund the original price of the item or send you an
exchange. This does not affect cancellations or your
statutory rights. Please note that personalised items cannot be returned. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the
goods to us, and will remain responsible for any and all
returned goods until they reach our office. We strongly
advise that a proof of postage certificate should be
obtained when returning any part of your order. Certificates
are available free of charge from the post office. Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as
possible after arrival. Credit can be used against your next order, both online

Liability disclaimer
My Pamper Cakes total liability for any claim howsoever shall not
exceed the price of the goods supplied by My Pamper Cake to the
customer. My Pamper Cake shall not be liable for any
consequential loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in
contract or in any other way, save where such liability is
imposed upon My Pamper Cake by statute. My Pamper Cake does not limit in any way our liability
for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or
wilful misconduct. By law, you also have the right to
withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working
days of the day after the date the item is delivered. Goods
are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods
will not pass to you until [14] days after delivery. Your
statutory rights are not affected by this statement.
When you place an order to purchase a product from My Pamper
Cake,
your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product
which is accepted by us by way of a despatch note included
when you receive your order. Any products on the same order
which we have not confirmed as accepted in such despatch
note do not form part of the contract. My Pamper Cake endeavours to check the accuracy of the information
on this site. However, My Pamper Cake does not warrant that
such information will be error free and the user acknowledges
that information, products and services published on this web
site may include inaccuracies and typological errors. If the
goods do not on receipt by you substantially meet the
description on this web site, you are entitled to reject the
goods and return them to us.

Every effort is made to ensure that this website is free
from viruses and defects however, this cannot be guaranteed.
My Pamper Cake shall not be liable to any person for loss or
damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of
using this website.
Security
My Pamper Cake have a fully
sophisticated on-line processing system for taking credit card
payments via Google
Checkout and Paypal, whom are authorised and regulated by the Financial
Services Authority as an electronic money (e-money) issuer.
Google's fraud protection policy covers
you (the buyer) against unauthorised purchases made through
Google Checkout, and Google does not share card details with My
Pamper Cake. This means that ordering via our site is even more
secure than ordering over the phone. We can take credit card payments over the phone using Paypal secure online card transaction system. We do no keep your card details and card information is shredded. All transaction information
and payments taken are in pound sterling.
Jurisdiction
This website, its content and any contract brought into being
as a result of using this site are governed by and construed in
accordance with English Law.
